CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY · PRO BONO IT PROGRAM

Social Responsibility: Technology and IT Support Serving Vulnerable Communities

At Nodex SpA, we believe technical knowledge and connectivity are fundamental drivers of human inclusion, dignity, and economic opportunity. Alongside our commercial B2B engineering operations, our team permanently allocates engineering hours in a 100% Free (Pro Bono) modality to support individuals in vulnerable situations, community initiatives, students, and non-profit organizations.

Why do we provide this support? We strongly believe in corporate social responsibility. We dedicate monthly pro bono engineering hours to solve connectivity and computing issues for individuals and community groups who need it most, at zero commercial cost.

Pillars of Our Free Social Support Program

Digital Education

Student Device Support & Optimization

Senior Inclusion

Home Connectivity

Wi-Fi & Home Network Diagnostics

Technical guidance to diagnose Wi-Fi dead zones, home router configuration advice, and recommendations to stabilize internet connections for remote school and work.

Community Action

Support for Local Nonprofits & Guilds

Pro bono technical care for community centers, senior clubs, soup kitchens, and grassroots organizations that lack IT resources to carry out their essential work.

Program Framework & Guidelines

  • Exclusively Pro Bono: This program has zero commercial intent. We never solicit donations, payments, or sell commercial services to beneficiaries.
  • Remote-First Modality: Assistance is provided remotely via secure encrypted software (AnyDesk, TeamViewer) or guided phone/WhatsApp sessions.
  • Priority Criteria: Priority is granted to school and university students, senior citizens, people with disabilities, and verified community initiatives.
  • Scope: Excludes commercial equipment or for-profit businesses, which must contract regular enterprise service desk plans.
